This is Maggie D. Berriweather - FoB exclusive plush and basket.
Maggie is a 10" plush bear, dressed in a denim romper outfit, trimmed with dark red checked fabric. She has a special ribbon on her foot that says "F.o.B. 2002". The basket is woven, natural color, with dark green reeds and measures 4.5" wide x 4" high.
